Refund Policy

What is the refund policy?

We are a super-small business and due to the limited number of seats available in our classes, we are unable to process refunds for our training services.  We do, however; offer a rollover service.  Meaning, If a student misses training or needs to be re-scheduled we can roll them over to a future date. There is a one-time $35.00 administration fee associated with each ticket rolled over.  We are committed to training you and we ask that you show us the same respect by being committed to learning.  This means being in the right place, at the right time, and being ready to train.

Why do I have to pay to reschedule? This doesn't seem fair.

When you register for a training course with Good Shepherd, you are reserving a seat that could otherwise go to someone else wanting to attend.  When you cancel last minute, it not only costs us money, it robs someone else of the opportunity to attend and as a small business, in Illinois, it makes it difficult for us to improve our services for existing and future clients. We strive every day to provide our clients with a great service. When you register for our training, you are registering for an event, much like a concert, seminar, or other similar event.  If you buy tickets to a concert and decide at the last minute not to attend, does the concert hall allow you to just show up at the next scheduled event?  We appreciate your understanding and commitment to training!

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. This is the easiest way to "gift" a class to someone. You may transfer the ticket to whomever you wish before the start date but If the transfer occurs after the scheduled date, the $35.00 re-schedule fee will apply.
