SRT Rifle Fundamentals The Tactical Rifle Fundamentals Course is a 2-day event focusing on the use and application of Tactical Rifle from various shooting positions. This is an entry-level course that will focus on Safety and Fundamentals. The Tactical Rifle Fundamentals Course is designed for the beginning shooter who wants to establish a solid base of fundamentals. Attendees should already understand basic maintenance and operation of their tactical rifle. The shooter will be trained on standard tactical positions and tactical operation of their weapon. Marksmanship Fundamentals Basic Rifle Marksmanship is the fundamental core that establishes the effectiveness of the shooter to be able to place shots, with surgical accuracy, in complex scenarios. This makes fundamentals training essential in special operations units, to ensure that operators have a solid base of skills to fall back on in a combat shooting situation. Shooters will receive extremely detailed fundamentals and shot group feedback, establishing a solid base for advanced skills. The techniques presented will be appropriate to set the foundation for weapons application in tactical, combat, hunting, or sporting environments. We are committed to ensuring that each attendee receives adequate personal feedback and attention, as a result, this course has a hard limit of 12 students- without exception. Training Topics: Rifle selection and Set-Up Clearing and Safety Procedures Maintenance Techniques Marksmanship Fundamentals Load/Unload/Reload Customized Zero Analysis Malfunctions Shot Placement Prone Supported, Prone Unsupported, Seated, and Kneeling Positions Zero and Marksmanship confirmation at distance Required Equipment: Chamber Flag Tactical Rifle w/600rds Rifle Sling (VTAC recommended) 3 Magazines minimum (more is better) Method to carry Magazines Knee Pads Shooting Mat (or carpet section) Shooting Rest (or backpack) Cleaning kit with Oil and Rod. Spare batteries for all equipment Active (digital) hearing protection Eye protection White light flashlight or headlamp Ability to hydrate Bullet Coefficient for your Ammo

Cancellation Policy

We are a super-small business and due to the limited number of seats available in our classes, we are unable to process refunds for our training services. We do, however; offer a rollover service. Meaning, If a student misses training or needs to be re-scheduled we can roll them over to a future date. There is a one-time $35.00 administration fee associated with each ticket rolled over. We are committed to training you and we ask that you show us the same respect by being committed to learning. This means being in the right place, at the right time, and being ready to train.
